Living in Fitness
1. What is Living in Fitness?
Living in Fitness is a health and fitness program designed specifically for older adults. We offer live, daily online exercise classes and a library of on-demand fitness videos to help you stay active, healthy, and socially connected—all from the comfort of your home.
2. How does it work?
You choose between two options:
Both services are tailored for all fitness levels and focus on strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination.
3. Is this program suitable for my fitness level?
Absolutely! Living in Fitness is designed with older adults in mind, offering modifications for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to maintain your current fitness, you’ll find safe and effective exercises that meet your needs.
4. Do I need special equipment?
No special equipment is required! Our workouts use everyday household items, basic fitness tools (such as dumbbells and resistance band), or just your body weight. If you have equipment, you’re welcome to use it, but it’s not necessary.
5. Do I need to go to the floor?
No, all exercises can be done from a seated or standing position.
6. How much space will I need for the exercises?
You don’t need a lot of room (just about one square meter). You can comfortably do all the exercises in your living room or any similar-sized area.

Yes! We offer a 7-day free trial so you can experience the benefits of Living in Fitness before committing.
9. Can I access the program on a smartphone, tablet, or computer?
Yes! All you need is access to the internet.
10. Do I need to download any apps or software?
No specific apps or software are required if you are using a laptop or PC; we use Zoom for our live classes, which runs directly in your web browser. However, if you plan to join our classes via a mobile phone, you will need to download the Zoom app.
11. Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, we offer a flexible membership. If you decide Living in Fitness isn’t for you, you can cancel at any time without penalty.
